Finding Faith ... in the "You Are My Sunshine Challenge"

Two and a half years ago I hit the church lottery jackpot when the leaders of Faith Lutheran Church asked me join them in their journey, and this year has been the most exciting as I got more of an opportunity to participate with our Sunday schoolers.

This past Sunday, our students took up my challenge to record the old favorite "You Are My Sunshine," and share it with the world in an effort to inject more joy and sunshine into this difficult time.

They accepted, and now we're inviting all the other Sunday schoolers out there to join us in our "You Are My Sunshine Challenge!" ... All you have to do is post your recording of "You Are My Sunshine" and then keep the challenge going by encouraging others to do so as well.

Personally, I'd like to especially thank my dear fellow Pastors Chavaleh Forgey, Bethany Walker, Stephanie Yarbrough Stark and Michele Jenson for enlisting the help of their Sunday school staffs and students to participate as well! Thank you for helping to start a movement of joy!
